      Many good people. New creative director is a nightmare.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. CEO appears clueless. Corporate seems to be falling apart. Politics and sudden moves are unexpected and disconcerting.

      Wardrobe % is great and hours for retail. Nice employee relationships.

      Cons

      New CEO that is very inexperienced that is wishy washy. Lacks leadership skills to grow and take the company in the right direction. Quality of product isn’t like it was as CEO is more worried about his title.
