pay is decent and on time stable industry will be provided with good infrastructure and equipment to work with.
Cons
Team building is not great. Communication from management is not great Benefits are not good Work life balance is not great and you will be judged for not putting in over-time No structure for appraisal or appreciation for good work. Employee input is rarely taken Expectation are not defined and sometimes management makes you feel like you have to read minds to impress them
