Pros

Taking a great legacy company, and helping it rise to the next level. New focus on greater value for customers, new investment in the company, strong leadership team, and a very open and healthy culture! Investing in the product to maintain its leadership position. The camaraderie and teamwork makes this place fun. No silos! All functions work well together. Overall, this is a great place to work. Sales leadership is STRONG, with a sense of professionalism, process, and a winning and fun culture. New CEO is awesome ... a true leader. On the less serious, but nice side, there is always a well stocked set of refrigerators, foosball and pingpong, and lots of opportunity to chill while working. Building has a cafeteria, and a fitness center. Again, extra effort is made to make this a great place to work.

Cons

I-15 traffic getting there is a bummer. This is a "re-start" of a company, and doesn't have all of the resources that a fortune level company has. Not really a big deal, but if you are expecting a Microsoft or Google size environment, this isn't for you.

Pros

Not too many from what I have seen.

Cons

I was shocked to see how little the executive staff, especially the CRO not listening to the market and not enabling people to succeed. Leadership is very closed off to new ideas. They do not understand the sales cycle and how to appeal to the marketplace. The software setup and architecture need a lot of work still.
