      Lots of opportunity but not a lot of support

      Pros

      Many opportunities for incentive pay, but hard to hit targets. Lots of activities and get togethers paid for by the company. Company supplied vehicle. Medical and 401k benefits.

      Cons

      The sales rep has to take care of every problem even if it is caused by a delivery driver or accounting issues. Doesn't typically have tools needed in order to install pos, I used my own personal tools. Lots of favoritism. Not many opportunities to advance with the comapny.

      Company vehicle, lots of parties and events, awesome co-workers, networking, lots of beer knowledge acquired.

      Cons

      Base pay is low, sometimes sales targets are out of the question, if you don't land in an area that likes a lot if craft beer your chances of winning incentives are very low.
