There are some smart, decent people working at the company.

Cons

-Nepotism -No HR department, so all things HR are very disorganized and delayed. 90-day review was 2 months late. -Very inexperienced manager lacked people skills. -Poor work-life balance. -Poor benefits and PTO. Company does not seem to care very much about its employees in terms of well being. -Company refuses to pay out for unused PTO and 2-week notice period.
