      Company values money not employees; Upper Mgmt. & HR create a hostile environment for employees who are not yes-persons.

      Pros

      Most of the non-mgmt. staff are hardworking and generally, a pleasure to work with daily.

      Cons

      Departments do not communicate with each other, creating mistrust and chaos, especially during peak times of the month. Upper management is disorganized and incompetent. Pay is not comparable to averages in the Little Rock metropolitan area and benefits are sorely lacking.
