      There is no other company that can surface the data insights, reports, and dashboards. Second to none when it comes to achieving business outcomes with SAP data Strong and empathetic leaders

      Cons

      To be successful you have to wear a lot of hats, and take on special projects. Long sales cycles which are often complex.

      Company values are solidly aligned with my own and the company walks the talk. Check out values on website. My prior employer didn't really respect their customers, this one does which is a refreshing change. RHONDOS is essentially a startup, so expect the unexpected.

      Pros

      I've worked at RHONDOS for over 4 years in different part of the organization. Every day is different, which keeps it fun and interesting. I love the people I work with and appreciate RHONDOS leadership for their care and attention to each employee as a person and not just a headcount.

      Cons

      Flights getting to and from HQ are limited because of timechange, so less flights going home
