Pros
Insight into the solar energy market. A chance to network with other people in the renewable energy business. Experience working at a "start-up."
Cons
Turn over every month in the sales department. They can't get anyone to stay, because there is a lack of leadership and communication between departments. At least 10 sales guys came and left in less than a year. The company doesn't recycle, because it's "too expensive." HR is unorganized and not approachable. Don't work here; you will have no job security.
