      - Very knowledgeable coworkers - Opportunities to learn - Can earn hourly rate if working over 40hr/wk

      Cons

      - Potential for long hours - Long travel times - The company was recently brought under the umbrella of SJ Electric, and since then they've made changes to the existing systems Revere had that make the current employees question the changes, as they seem to only make things more confusing

      I cannot think of any.

      Cons

      Remote micromanagement. Doing things the way they were done in the 1980s. Very poor communication and no structure, just emails flying around. Lots of finger-pointing and constant last-second emergencies. No career path. Petty and punitive company policies. No identity.
