I interned at RetroCube as part of my final year thesis and was so impressed by the company culture and environment that I went on to apply for a job after I graduated. I have been working for them for a little over a year now and my opinion hasn’t changed. RetroCube is a great place to work and grow. You’ve got solid leadership, a team of skilled senior professionals who are always ready to help and people who are warm and supportive. I’m not sure what other workplaces are like, but from what I hear, I think this place is pretty great!

I have worked for a number of organizations in my time but the culture at RetroCube is what I feel an organization should be like. The first thing I noticed was the lack of politics and petty competition. Everyone was focused on their work and delivering on the best possible product. There were times when heads and teams from different departments pooled resources to address and solve certain problems and there was always an air of support and unity within the office space. I’m glad I’m a part of this organization and don’t see myself leaving unless I really have to!
