Pros

Running water and toilet paper provided.

Cons

So sad, petty and arrogant place. Upper management rules with fear and intimidation and lacks their professional boundaries. Upper management is extremely micro-managing and likes to "challenge" employees, -act like they own you. Upper management are predators who chew up employees and spit them out, -so the turnover is cray-cray. They will hire 6 people and a month later 4 of them be gone. Upper management are so arrogant, they really believe people leave cuz they don't want to work hard but people leave cuz it's a toxic place with lots of fear and intimidation and playing favorites. Too sad and ignorant about how to run a business and manage people, - insincerity shows. Stressful and unreasonable demanding, - "a high performance culture with non-traditional and often long hours" and if no work is needed some will be made up for you. You will receive texts and emails at all hours 7 days a week even when something could wait but they want you "on" all the time. They don't tell you this in yo interview. No matter how much you do it ain't never gonna be enough. Expectations get changed with no notice and lots of rules ain't clear. You will be told to do something one way on Thursday and then told on Tuesday you ought to have done it a different way. Upper management talks real bad about employees and will roll their eyes behind yo back and don't treat the employees with any real respect, just wants to boss you around to make themselves feel good. Lots of negativity, petty, arrogant, manipulation and favoritism. No trust & no feeling of job security for sure, - lots of smiles to yo face and gossip behind yo back. Security cameras are in front of yo desk,- so you'll be watched all the time. Expect ugliness if certain favorites don't like you,-buddy system in place-they don't have to be nice cuz hatefulness trickles down & favorites don't have to follow any rules. Run don't walk away.

Pros

Just a few coworkers were fun, great, and easy going. Office cookouts a couple of times a year, if you were good at what you did you were left pretty much alone.

Cons

- Upper management was EXTREMELY micro-managing and would not let middle management do their job and manage staff. - High-turnover with sister company, Irio that shared office. - Unwarranted negative treatment by the upper management for job execution if upper management thought it could or should have been done differently. - Upper management was very indecisive and changed processes very often and did not give the current process time to work. - On upper management memeber was also extremely micro managing, expected everyone to work the same number of hours they did, unreasonable, their way or the highway. - There was also a conflict of interests with a memeber of upper management with a subordinate employee and the employee would take advantage of the situation and use it against other employees. - Expected long hours and on weekends even if you were not part of the events team, but you could be asked to work an event. - Limited time to take time off/vacation and limited to usually 5 days or less. Could not have time off around holidays. - Favoritism by management and raises or lack of would be given based on this favoritism. - Lack of clients as there were only two clients. - The company says they are a Christian company, however upper management talks bad about employee behind their back to other emloyees and does not actually treat the employees in a Christain way. They do community projects from time to time to give the appearance of being a Christain company.

Pros

Free coffee and occasional volunteer opportunities

Cons

Too many and would require pages. Company pays for your cellphone bill with expectation that you can be called, sent text messages or emailed 24/7. No joke there. You will be hired for one role/job description and end up leaving a different title, lost, and scratching your head on why you wasted any time with this place. You will be in bondage with the events team in some sort of fashion. At first it sounds fun and then you realize again, that your job all of sudden changed and you are an Event Coordinator. Insurance ridiculous expensive for employee alone, forget affording to add dependents. There is a facade of holding certain company values and in reality you will find they are the complete opposite. Expect a hostile work environment and at some point to be harassed or bullied.
