Pros

Retailcomm is a great place to work. There are tons of benefits and in my time there I never worked a single holiday. Christmas break was the best. We had almost 2 weeks paid vacation between Christmas and New Years. The open door policy is legitimate, and you’re really able to take control of your own destiny there.

Cons

You really do have to watch your back. Perception is a HUGE part of the puzzle here. If you have one dull day, it can affect your existence at the company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with retailcomm. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed our benefits and time off. We strive to provide meaningful employee benefits and perks that allow employees work-life balance. retailcomm has a high-performance, team-oriented culture in an industry where exceptional client-service is critical to success. We recognize that everyone has a bad day now and then. That’s why we measure performance on consistent growth and improvement and provide training, coaching, feedback, and time to make changes when employees miss the mark. We are fortunate that our managers and team members embrace our culture and hold each other accountable to the high standards needed to maintain the level of service we provide to our clients. Although it makes us all better at what we do, we recognize that can be a strong lens to work under. We will continue to work with our teams to ensure they are extending proactive instruction and recognition for effort put forth. We know that our team’s dedication is what makes our company strong, and we are thankful for everyone’s contributions.

Pros

Retailcomm is seemingly a tight knit company that values hard work. Decent Insurance packages

Cons

Retailcomm does not promote from within. You can be here for years putting in hard work and made to grovel for a promotion, but still not get a promotion or decent raise. Also, you can and will be fired at a blink notice. - As soon as you get a job here, be prepared to move on to your next. You will be severely overworked and utilized in comparison to your pay.

Thank you for your review. We are always open to listening to all opinions in order to improve our employee experience. We are committed to maintaining strong benefits and perks for our employees and rewarding employees. Our team is what makes our company great, and we recognize the hard work, dedication, and client service of our team members. retailcomm does promote from within. Promotions within the company are based on a number of factors, including performance, capacity for growth, effort, and time in seat. In order to grow beyond a position, an employee must show consistent results in key areas. Many of our team members have experienced growth in areas of responsibility and promotions of their position over the course of employment with retailcomm. We encourage open communication between employees and managers regarding performance, promotions, and pay.
