Despite fulfilling my role competently, I was met with an unforeseen and abrupt termination due to a sudden strategic pivot by Restrata—reversing their decision to expand the DevOps team. This abrupt contract dissolution, only a month in, was a professional setback and indicative of poor planning and communication on the company's part.
