      Some coworkers are amazing and supportive, extremely fulfilling purpose, building relationships and making differences

      Cons

      Toxic workplace, enables bullying by not stepping in with complaints, management does not take care of entire staff only select few, some of your coworkers do not do their part to help keep you safe due to personal vendettas, pay doesn’t compensate enough for high risk situations
