Pros

- nice office - the other SDRs are a great bunch

Cons

All the previous negative comments from years ago are still big problems today: - poor management - no growth or development - hire and fire model: you either hit immediately or you’re out - completely unrealistic quotas: as of my departure not a single rep on my team was hitting quota - massive tech issues - low pay - unneeded product in the market

Pros

Majority of people were amazing and really wanted the company and customer to succed. Amazing companies that you get to work with and help improve their work and processes. The work itself was pretty fulfilling.

Cons

Management team only cared about numbers. Employees explaining that they were burning out, had concerns, couldn't keep up, they were never heard of believed. kept hearing that the numbers didn't match the story, so no new hires, but here's more work to make the numbers better.

Resolver is a results driven company. We provide regular and transparent information about those results, where our focus is and how you are all making an impact. Our intention is to inform and keep you as in the loop as possible about how our business is operating and performing. At the same time, we work hard so that we can play hard. We counter-balance the hard work our team puts in with offering opportunity to connect, learn, socialize and build relationships with the people who you work with so closely with. If you aren't experiencing those wonderful things about our culture, we want to hear about it! Providing our Resolverites an engaging and rewarding experience is priority #1.

Pros

Decent Benefits Unlimited Vacation Remote first work

Cons

Resolver's CSM role is, at its core, a sales position. You might "Be Loved By Customers", earn glowing CSAT scores and maintain near-perfect retention - but ARR growth is the only metric that will define your success. If you don't hit that specific sales target, you will be fired. The product itself requires significant customization, is unintuitive and frequently buggy. CSMs are expected to be subject matter experts but wont receive ANY product training. Literally none. Zero. In the span of a year, I watched double-digit departures (on a team of 8 people) as a direct result of the excessive workload and unrealistic expectations from management. Burnout is quite common. If you're looking for a role where you can grow and be supported, I promise you the grass is greener elsewhere.
