      great culture and benefits, but poor management

      Pros

      - great benefits - great company culture - fully remote - lots of opportunity to grow and develop key skills (data analysis, data visualization)

      Cons

      - no solid systems or processes for supply chain - too many sources of truth, no good erp that everyone uses - silos within the supply chain org -- too much butting heads over decisions - management is not willing to help or provide resources if you are struggling - management is rude and not supportive when struggling and after you've conveyed that to them

      Pros

      Growth orientated, and open minded. If you are qualified, then you'll generally have a lot of opportunity to showcase what you can do. Many company initiatives for employees, and overall a positive environment.

      Cons

      Limited room for growth. There are some areas that have new roles opening up, but there is a seemingly preferred method of hiring from the outside as the company has expanded over the last four years.
