They provide some free snacks.

Cons

Working 10-12 hours a day, under-appreciated, under-paid. No consideration for people with families. Only care about making money. Make you sign illegal work contracts.

Cons

I have never seen such a high turnover. They hire, train and see VALID people go every other week. Main culprits: mediocre salary/benefits, long hours and a CEO that is simply unable to delegate or let employees do their work. Micromanaging is an understatement. Good people work there but almost everybody is unhappy. Apparently, there hasn't been a salary review in over two years but that doesn't prevent management from spending a ridiculous amount of money in a "game" and a "chill out" room that nobody asked/cared for.

Pros

Nice people and office space. The people are really nice. Has first class office space. Very interesting field in the marketplace.

Cons

CEO is an MD, PHD that brings Micromanagement to a new extreme. If you are a manager, you can never make a decision without his approval. If you do something without his permission, he will change it even if you are correct. Also, since he has to be involved in every decision, nothing gets done on time so the company is always in last minute fire drill to meet a deadline.
