Could not think of any reasons to work at Replicon. Unfriendly management and stressed out staff. There is a coffee machine and you can get a free pop from the fridge.
Cons
You can check any day of the year and see the exact same job openings open at Replicon, the reason they always need people is because management is ineffective and there is no employee retention. They cannot hold on to good people. Many of the 'team building' pics on this site (uploaded by employer) are not company sponsored events. These are things that friendly co-workers are doing together on their own time. Upload pics of things people are doing privately, on their own time, without company sponsorship, and call it company team building? It's the type of behavior you expect from Replicon. Apparently they would rather manipulate than be honest and upfront, which does not reflect well on core company values. You know that if they'll do it on Glassdoor, a fully public place, you can expect to be subjected to it in the work place as well. Ask your recruiter how many people hired within the last 5 years are still with the company.
