the leadership team still runs on stone age thoughts and ideas. they do not welcome new ideas and force the employees to work on their terms. obviously when the system crashes, they put the entire team on fire. they will never let you be creative, you will not learn anything but negativity from them. apart from the fact that they let you work remotely, there is nothing good that can be said about the company heads.
