Pros

There are some nice people at the company..

Cons

The culture is a mix of stress, blame, hustle and micromanagement. There is lack of trust and support with an every man for himself mentality. Everyone is quick to throw someone else under the bus for any and everything, that it creates excessive stress. There is no room for mistakes or any encouragement for healthy work boundaries.
