Pros

We are looking to provide a new, convenient method of car repair and maintenance - and so far the traction has been awesome. This is a chance to be part of growing a company and seeing the impact of your work every day. It's also a chance to be part of a team of smart, creative and fun people.

Cons

We are growing fast and the demands of work are high. There is also ambiguity as we build processes and procedures within the company, some degree of ability to deal with that is definitely required.

Pros

A steady paycheck if you can smile through stress, anxiety and negativity and fake people that smile in each other's faces and actually hate each other. Unlimited PTO is cool, you'll need it to make it here. Free lunch every Monday, yay!

Cons

There's no way for the company to succeed with its business model. Thankfully they're bankrolled by long money but they waste it overpaying the laziest people

Pros

Fast growing company Good benefits (if you actually use them) Stock options Good people (non-management)

Cons

The first red flag should be that the c-suite is known as and referred to as the 'boys' club'. Women are treated less-than, both in pay and advancement opportunities. Everyone is overworked, underpaid, and undervalued, but expected to consistently go above and beyond. They do not care about their hourly workforce. There is no company culture, aside from a toxic, misogynistic environment where women have been told they 'won't have a seat at the table.' Stay away unless your enjoy hating your life!!
