Pros

Pay is competitive and benefits are great. Coworkers were awesome.

Cons

They used to be a scrappy start up but have become more and more corporate over time. Their sales tactics are becoming high pressure and their treatment protocols are becoming less personalized and more cookie cutter. It seems to be more about money and less about people. Obviously, businesses are about making money, but it doesn't have to be at the expense of doing what's right for people. Tom Weber is no longer the CEO. They brought in the heir to and former CEO of Bic to speed the corporatization.

Pros

It’s a job and you get paid bi-weekly

Cons

Stress over losing job daily, Investor takeover currently. Many positions being eliminated, current positions (that were hired before investor takeover) employees are being put on action plans and slowly being pushed out. Positions are being re-posted at $3-7 less per hour. Clients are no longer a priority.

Pros

the pay, that's really it. the job itself isn't too hard. having 1:1s with clients, documenting everything, scheduling, answering phones, cleaning

Cons

everything else, horrible management, confusing commission structure that's constantly changing, zero support from higher ups. extremely hard to get time off since it's just 2 people in the studio. hours of business constantly changing. they pit people against each other, from the members in your region to other regions, to the contact center.
