At first you learn quickly
Cons
-No senior positions -You cannot grow in the company -Very junior and unstructured teams -You don't have good salary, social, professional benefits -You work autonomously (too autonomously) -There is no good future company policy -The bosses most of the time are missing and you have to be you with your Junior position who solves the problems of the company or with the clients -No real actions are taken to motivate the worker
