      ROWE work environment allows sales team to chew tobacco while working.

      Staff runs the company, not the owner.

      Thanks for chiming in here. I actually DO agree with your CONS regarding the company being run by the staff. I want the staff (I call them a team, not a staff) to run the place... that's what it's all about! Empowering the team by giving clear results to hit I think makes work fun, exciting - vs being told exactly what to do. It's my style and not a fit for everyone. (Reid/CEO)

      Most of the people who work here are genuine human beings that are great to work with.

      Cons

      -CEO is a narcissist -CEO pours all time, money, and attention to a useless platform. - Management won't invest in tools that you need to do your job. - High turn over rate - Comp plan is made to screw you over at every turn. -Huge lack of communication between everyone - No HR

      Feedback like this is hard to read, yet if this person feels this way, then we need to take a hard look and see if there is any truth in it and where we can learn. I invite anyone that is interested in coming to work at Reliant to come talk to our team and see what it's really like on the inside, the investments we have made (and continue to make) and understand our compensation plan (which at the time of writing is based on a strong base + MBO bonus + financial bonus + 401K+Match + insurance.
