      Was once an amazing treatment center, but now ruined by new investors and incompetent onsite leadership

      Pros

      -Amazing co-workers & program offered to patients at Swift River -Adequate compensation very dependent on if you are liked by corporate investors

      Cons

      -Lack of staff/resources contributing to unsafe working conditions onsite & sentinel event -Facility has zero upkeep and the ADA elevator to group programming has been out of order for 8 months, thus not allowing pts with ADA needs to attend programming. Deck/fire exit off of main group room collapsed in 2025 and has not been repaired, thus blocking a fire exit -Untrained, inexperienced leadership staff who have no experience overseeing a treatment center -Medical staff are expected to operate with off brand, cheap, or no medical supplies at all

      Pros

      No choice but to trauma bond with everyone you work with. The facilities themselves are full of great people that are mismanaged by corporate entity

      Cons

      Periods of not paying staff and no explanation- invalidated from corporate with “it’s a privilege to have direct deposit and get paid Friday”, expensive benefits, late checks, unpaid contractors - the ones that keep their doors open, unpaid bills, unable to order supplies- bill collectors calling for payment and turning off services/ refusing deliveries, downsize staff and never replace, HR unresponsive and hiring process can take weeks, total chaos and disorganization, no raises in sight for staff that have been there for years, this company will not stand test of time
