      "You may often find yourself stretched beyond your limits due to heavy workload, which can be both a learning experience and a challenge to manage over time. Also the product is very good and demanding in market.

      Cons

      "The work environment is quite toxic, with a lack of genuine support from management. While they claim to be open to feedback and avoid micromanagement, the reality is quite different—feedback is often dismissed, and silent micromanagement is common. There’s a noticeable gap in understanding how Customer Success truly functions, which affects day-to-day work. Additionally, the HR processes feel unprofessional and immature, often contributing to office politics rather than resolving them.
