Don't Be Fooled

Pros

There are no pros to this job. Look at the reviews. You either have very low reviews or vary high reviews. If you read through them all you see that all of the high reviewed are done my current employees and are forced my management.

Cons

Don't get excited about working for a "startup". This is not google. You will be over worked, underpaid and there is no real potential to make market value. The CEO looks for people that have gone through a lay off because he can "get them cheap". The turnover rate is outrageous. They turned 50 percent of the staff in twelve months when I was there.

Just a terrible place to work

Pros

I really can't think of any pros. This place is just a turnover factory and resume killer. They will tell you that you can make over 100K and you will be lucky to make anything above your base as a sales professional!

Cons

Management is the biggest con of this place. They are constantly begging for money from venture capitalist and somehow they keep getting it to run the business. If you are constantly begging for money maybe you have a flawed business model

Pros

There is no such thing here. They will tell you that you should make "AT LEAST $75K year 1", but you will quickly learn that it is impossible since the unrealistic goals determine if you get your residual commission, which are rarely paid out! You are lucky to get a deal per month, yet to make residual you need to have 2!

Cons

They make you lie to prospects and tell them arbitrary cost, so if you are a potential client and strangely would do business with this company you up front fee can be had for $3K even if they tell you it is $10. The sales rep is just trying to get his earned residuals!
