      Lethargic upper management, they allow racism, they over pay some and under pay others. They hire student employees to do most of the work.

      Pros

      The mission to serve a diverse student population, community engagement, innovation and dedicated faculty. This institution has high turnover, so there are always opportunities for promotion.

      Cons

      Every institution has cycles with employees, management, leadership, and campus climate. This institution is struggling to find harmony and balance across campus. I hesitate to call the environment “toxic” which has been created by the dynamics between specific administrations, faculty, and staff. Working long hours to ensure all tasks have been completed including weekends and evening.
