No guidance from corporate, a good chance you may bring pests home( fleas, bedbugs or roaches). Dangerous at times ( threats and violence from tenants). Quality repairs are not valued. Parts and tools can take a long time to order and receive or sometimes not show up at all. Everything is done through the mail including time cards, so if not received in time you may not get a paycheck that pay period.
