The managers don’t care about their teams. HR is useless ( they don’t respond when emailed) Upper Management does not follow up on employee complaints ( managers are bullies )

Permanent remote and management in the Canadian side.

Cons

Was a great Canadian company but was bought by a USA company and ran into the ground. Canadian management that was left after layoffs were great but there is utterly no leadership on the US side above that. After losing money after poor choices they reduced employees and increased the workload of those who were not let go. Hilariously enough I now see posting for those roles months later. I took less money to leave this company to go into an office everyday
