Pros

if you are interested in AI/ML and data annotation then the work is great, lots of data and you have freedom to play and run experiments and learn.

Cons

all jobs are remote only so not able to meet in person, but it's ok for me.

Pros

very comfortable remote environment you can work you own hours and commit code on a regular basis goals and targets are reasonable, fair and nice gig if you want work from home, it's perfect

Cons

nothing really if you want to work from home then it is great choice
