The team is energetic, targets keep you driven, and there’s significant scope to learn negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills quickly.       Great environment and learning, but unclear policies

      Pros

      Great Workplace Environment, Fun Learning Experience (Even when i used to think i know a lot) and Great leaders (Seniors).

      Cons

      A few policies were not cleared properly at the time of joining which could be deal breakers for some. No Females in Marketing Department - bad - cos i believe a female perspective to things changes things a lot specially in marketing.
