      Great place to work and poor salary for seniors

      Great work culture. Friendly environment. Great sr. management. Great future for freshers.

      Cons

      need to work for long time especially in JAVA team. Seniors don't get paid high salary. if salary is not a problem then Redim is ok.

      1. Nice Environment 2. Good infrastructure. 3. Friendly Environment(Includes Managers , HRs , Employees). 4. If anyone entering as Freshers can improve career with multiple technologies.

      Cons

      1. Less package for experienced candidate. 2. Maximum hike will be provided if you proved you are a critical resource. 3. 60% pressure on work(some times single resource can able to handle multiple )project. 4. 40% Job security out of 100%.
