VARs stated company is desperate and only selling individual training. No group/team. Super high turnover and horrible management. 3 reps in 6 month - insane.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits, but that's all. There are some nice people at the company who are welcoming. They somewhat have a unique product even though they have a couple competitors. Many modules that are vendor specific are available, yet they do tend to be cookie cutter modules that are pushed out very quickly.

Cons

Very high pressure for sales right away. Since it's cyber training it's very low on the need list of companies to buy when compared to other security software that truly protect their companies. Not really on their want list either.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR - DO NOT JOIN!

- Like other reviews... literally no pro's about the company

Cons

- 100% miss-sold on the role, glorified 90's tele-sales role - Onboarding process and training is none existent - Senior management is a shambles, constantly changing sales process, licensing model and pricing. - 'Sales management' with no IT sales experience... - Completely unprofessional manners - Only looking for 'Yes' people - Unattainable annual quota's - HR only care about the business

This is a very strong review but we do appreciate the advice to management and have already made huge steps forward in ensuring that this is no longer the culture in our Sales Team . We have made some critical changes to the team in question.
