      Pros

      The team is top notch and management cares about our state of mind. We are treated with respect and given opportunities to grow in our jobs.

      Cons

      Tensions can get a little high when there are deadlines but that is to be expected. Other than that I cannot think of any Cons.

      Pros

      Some of the smartest people I have ever worked for. Remote-first mindset is great.

      Cons

      The CEO is a complete micromanager down to the lowest level. He also triangulates instead of communicating directly.
