      Pros

      COO is impressively savvy in mortgages.

      Cons

      Food is good, great learning environment. They try too hard to establish a great culture. They brag about useless workplace awards. The next company pays better than you and it’s difficult in the mortgage world to keep people for long time with that cutthroat sales culture.

      good location and good technology

      Cons

      Shady and at times, unlicensed NMLS agents, Angry hot headed upper management. Employees are pushed to breaking point. No guidance or instruction. No clear direction. Everything is done last minute. Poor time management. Expectation is for employees to be available 24x7. unhealthy disrespectful work environment. Puts up an excellent front with "smoke and mirrors" to hide shady behind the scenes operation.
