      Pros

      Very communal environment (social and professional), friendly co-workers. Flexible Hours, managers will "go to bat" for their employees. Fun place to work.

      Cons

      Some managers do not communicate well with their employees. Lack of follow through on certain issues. Pay is just good, not great.

      Daily coffee supplied, monthly birthday celebrations, BBQ cookoffs, lasting friendships built with fellow employees.

      Cons

      Nepotism, blatant favoritism, poor management, no sick leave & PTO hard to accrue, little to no room for advancement, constant fear of retaliation, open door policy is a joke, constant conflict of interest while working side by side with family members, rumor mill/gossip believed and punished by management without cause.
