      Management lacks vision

      Pros

      Had lots of young people working there and the location was good (Santa Monica and right near the beach).

      Cons

      Seemed like management (especially the CEO) was all over the place. Felt like the company lacked vision and pivoted several times. Wish that they could better communicate their product to their employees and customers. Management needs to figure out how to communicate better across the board.

      Stock options, company macbook and thunderbolt, free food, free swag, company lunches, great culture, amazing leadership, travel opportunity, unlimited vacation policy..

      Cons

      There was no cons when working with RadPad it was a great experience and gave me a chance to advance my career.

      Pros

      The amount of responsibility, leadership opportunities, the freedom to create your own market, remote working environment, fun event marketing, overall great company culture

      Cons

      Requires working seven days a week and at least 12 hours a day, communication between headquarters and all other employees, they almost don't have an idea of what other employees are accomplishing...or at least acknowledge it
