      Small company allows for breadth and depth of involvement Interesting product with deep scientific basis Quickly-growing company (Not much else, just trying to make the word limit)

      Poor organizational structure with iffy department managers "Good enough" culture Horrible communication Revolving door New hires aren't discussed with other employees, so poor team dynamics ensue Free reign for some favored employees while others are chastised
