Had a phone interview with HR and was invited to interview onsite. I took a fresh resume with me... I always do since the online ones never download in a friendly format. I interviewed with the Comptroller, the Assistant Comptroller and an accountant. Interview lasted all of 5 minutes. The Comptroller looked at the resume I brought with me and stated.... This is not adding anything new.(?) She then goes on to state (after glancing at the resume) "Had I read this before now, I never would have wasted my time interviewing you. We are looking for someone who has Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. My current employer? A multi billion dollar manufacturing company that employees well over 3,000 people. My job? Cost Accountant.
