      Lunch on Thursday and totally unengaged senior leadership (both a pro and a con)

      Cons

      Rude, vindictive, paranoid CEO who constantly insults and accuses people of things they're not responsible for. Lazy and ineffective/uncommunicative senior leadership Paid late 3x in 6 months. Health insurance lapsed due to lack of payment. Products glitch, stall, and often have bugs, with nobody ever able to help or fix it. Finance is unable to correctly account or create metrics for sales, making targets unreasonable. Unwilling to take suggestions or make changes to their broken system
