Pros

Work/life balance, benefits package, nothing else

Cons

Upper Management is the worse, they only care about the white people/directors...no one gets paid what they deserve. There is favoritism in the workplace. Upper management does the least amount of work and gets paid the most.

Pros

Relaxed environment, will hire people

Cons

Gives the illusion of fair and equality, closed door unable to communicate with management for a true response to legitimate concerns about employees personal growth and professional future at RPM. When faced with great talent and skills instead of develop those deserving individuals they are shuned and ignored and encouraged to go elsewhere. Too cheap to pay for training, but always ready to build inferior places for the Have Nots. Using snakes to rid building of rodent problems instead of hiring trained professionals.
