Front Desk entry level position turnover is excessive. There is a lot to learn and training time is minimal. It takes a good amount of time to grasp the many facets of this customer service based job. Most learning is hands on, which can be stressful depending on the situation. Repetitive processes are the best learning tool.
Corporate office (Portland) can and has relocated at least twice; Lloyd Center to PDX airport area then just recently to Tigard. This added considerable drive time to most of its employees.
