Excellent skilful colleagues, Brilliant range of equipment and plenty of opportunity.

Cons

Senior management out to feather their own nests above anything else, Support structure is none existent and the bureaucracy across all departments is obscene, They love to think they have values and do a cracking job of championing them but as demonstrated by senior management these are just posters to hang on the wall... Losing all the good people for a reason!
