Pros
Excellent benefits, ability to work hybrid
Cons
Zero support from supervisors. No training provided to new staff. Lots of gaslighting to make you feel like you got trained, when really you didn't. Poor performance is awarded, while the qualified staff are penalized with more work.

Pros
Great benefits and vacation time. Very flexible schedule.
Cons
Traning is promised, but it is vague and no additional support is provided. Managers refuse to train and push it off on their staff, who are happy to help, but so buried under their own workload that they can't offer much help. Management is more intrested in checking things off a list, then quality of the actual work produced. There is no opportunity for advancement. Management are more focused on fun than making sure saff feel supported and understand how to do their jobs.

Pros
Good if you are a young professional just starting out in housing and community development. Learn what you can and quickly depart! Some divisions are better than others, with decent people who respect their co-workers.
Cons
Unfortunately, the senior management here embody all the worst elements of "mismanagement." My colleagues and I came to realize that they function like a cult, with a select group of insiders who display the worst kind of condescending attitude, indifference, secrecy, arrogance, etc. toward those below them. At this place, skills and ideas are frowned upon if they do not eminate from within the inner circle!

Pros
I would like to think of some pros here, but cannot. Instead I am writing this to fill out the 20 word minimum. This job was the worst career decision of my life.
Cons
This company has no spirit of quality control. They don't want QC, they don't care care about compliance, and any efforts to the effect of changing company behavior is met very harshly. Beware! Typical Rhode Island Housing hasn't even updated their Glassdoor listing in years. It's almost as out of date as their policy procedures and guidelines.
