      Exposure to C-suite, but rigid management structure

      Lot of exposure with the C-suite employees

      Cons

      No business decisions can be made by managers, no matter the urgency. There were instances where I had to take up another role because one member of the team was leaving, and this was not in my job profile when I joined. I had to change my profile 3-4 times.
