When you hear the CEO talking about innovation and getting ready for the future, you will think he is talking about different organization. I worked for a year, during which I felt very unsatisfied Managers are not empowered, so they deliver the message from the superiors only. They never praise or said thank you no matter what great work you do, no work flexibility at all, office hours from 8:30 to 5:00 and they question you if you are 5 minutes late.
