Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The board dropped the ball on their fiduciary duties when they hired Jennifer Nuckles as CEO, and then she just ran R-Zero into the ground in less than 5 months. She fired almost the entire team, except for sales. Sales have hit an all-time low under her leadership, but don't worry, she's saving up cash for that sweet exit package. No words can describe the CMO. There's no understanding of the products or the industry. With no expert oversight, the products aren't even safe to use anymore.

We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Since March 2023, the leadership team has worked diligently to learn its customers' changes needs following the decline of COVID. As a result, R-Zero's new business strategy is aimed to meet the current and future needs of the market.

Pros

Cons

This company is a complete disaster. The leadership team, including the CEO, CFO, and CMO, is the worst I've ever seen. The new CEO, Jennifer Nuckles, is a complete joke. She was recruited from the board of directors, but she's been giving terrible advice to the company for the past two years. She took credit for the series C round and proceeded to fire or push out the entire executive team except for one person. And the worst part is that she has no idea what she's doing. The company sells health technologies, but there's no Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product officer, or Head of Software left. The product roadmap is now under a poorly qualified self-proclaimed contrarian who opposes anything that could help the company move forward. Jennifer Nuckles is only interested in rebranding the company and looking for an exit, but she has no understanding of the products, new product potential, or sales. She's been here since October but is always on vacation or sick and never attends company all hands meetings. Our sales are about to hit record lows. It’s awful.

Pros

Product is amazing - changing lives of how we live indoors safely. There used to be great people at the company so lifelong relationships were established back when people could be trusted and we had fun working together.

Cons

Employees are out for themselves and will throw their teammmates under the bus and have them fired at the benefit of their own selfish gain. If you admit you are looking for a job or keeping your options open, you are fired. Management talks about everyone behind their back and is gearing up to lay more people off and lying to people saying they aren’t. Everyday we were living in fear knowing that what they said and what they did were not the same… The CEO says she is sorry to the employees but the layoffs benefitted her pocketbook. The best leaders we have had are all gone. The rest of people at the top aren’t leaders - they are ego-driven talking heads.
