Pros
Like you, I have received a decent offer and wanted to check Quorum on Glassdoor, I went through the comments, it was pretty bad, I took the job anyway. well, I was WRONG and I regret the day I signed that contract. *Good place for fresh graduates *Pay a little above the average
Cons
1) They sign-you for 40h/week and then you are "expected" to bill 45h/week (meaning working around 50h/work). 2) "Upper" management is young, immature, and homegrown (never seen anything else). Constantly lying to employees and to customers. 3) Sink or swim (No training, zero onboarding, zero support, zero expectations, a true recipe for failure), 4) Zero accountability (the homegrowns are NEVER wrong, somebody else has to be the escape-goat, it will be you), 5) Customer satisfaction is a foreign concept, it is all about how many hours you bill (No respect to budgets whatsoever) 6) Experienced professionals don't last more than a year (the record was 2 weeks) 7) Very bad reputation in town, clients don't want to deal with them anymore, they struggle hiring professionals Unless you're desperate, STAY AWAY.
