Pros
Quiksilver was a super fun job. The benefits and discounts were sweet, and the team at the branch I worked at really emphasized on a relaxed yet hard-working culture. The team was more of a family than just co-workers! I just loved the environment that both the company and the team had. They were very flexible with our schedules and gave a fair amount of hours to everyone.
Cons
My only complaint was that HR didn't really give us a heads-up on some things, and we were left to scramble at the last minute to prepare. This might've been exclusive to our branch, but we also had pretty old tools that never got replaced or upgraded after requesting it numerous times.
